As we continue to grow, Saggers Wastewater & Civil Solutions is looking for a capable and customer‐focused Sales Coordinator to support customer enquiries, quotations, sales follow‐up and commercial coordination across the business.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives on working with customers, managing multiple priorities and helping turn opportunities into sales.
The Role
This role sits across sales, customer service, quoting and operational coordination.
Working closely with the Director and wider team, you'll be involved in:
Managing customer enquiries and building strong customer relationships
Following up quotes and helping convert opportunities into sales
Supporting customers throughout the quoting and booking process
Preparing residential quotations and assisting with commercial pricing submissions
Coordinating with operations to ensure smooth project handovers
Following up with customers after completed works and identifying additional opportunities where appropriate
Leading with tender and bid applications and documentation
Maintaining CRM records, sales activity and customer communication
Supporting the day‐to‐day coordination of jobs, quotes and customer requests
You'll play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience from first enquiry through to project completion.
This role offers a strong degree of autonomy and responsibility for the right person, with increasing involvement in commercial coordination, quoting and tender support over time.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident communicating with customers in a fast‐moving operational environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have experience in:
Customer service, internal sales or sales coordination
Trade, plumbing, construction, civil or service‐based industries
Following up opportunities and converting quotes into sales
Managing customer relationships and handling enquiries
Coordinating multiple jobs, quotes and priorities simultaneously
Preparing quotations or supporting pricing processes
The ideal person will bring:
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to follow things through
Good organisation and attention to detail
Confidence working with customers, operational staff and suppliers
Commercial awareness and confidence learning technical products and services
Confidence using CRM systems, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
Experience with wastewater systems, plumbing, civil works or ATUs would be highly regarded, but not essential.
