Front Desk Coordinator Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in real estate.

You will be the first point of contact for clients and assist with administrative tasks to support our sales team.

Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, taking accurate messages, greeting clients and visitors, sales assistance and administration duties, and assisting with social media tasks.


Requirements

* Professional and friendly manner
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
* Organisational skills and initiative
* Real estate experience and/or Certificate of Registration (preferred but not essential)
* Availability of 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
