Bianco Latte is a gelateria based in Williamstown North VIC 3016 offering artisan gelato, sorbet, cakes and Italian desserts. They use high-quality, traditional ingredients and also provide elegant Sicilian-made gelato carts for weddings and events. Their stores serve fresh, balanced-flavour gelato and popular treats like cannoli.
Bianco Latte is now looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that highlight Bianco Latte’s artisan gelato, Italian desserts, and premium event cart services.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic and engaging both local customers and event clients.
- Launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns to drive in-store traffic, online enquiries, gelato cart bookings, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create compelling visual content that showcases handcrafted gelato, seasonal flavours, and the charm of Bianco Latte’s Sicilian-made carts.
- Support website updates and SEO efforts to improve visibility for gelato catering, retail locations, and product offerings.
- Contribute to brand development, ensuring tone of voice and visuals reflect Bianco Latte’s authentic Italian roots and artisan quality.
- Create and deploy targeted email campaigns promoting new flavours, events, and special offers.
- Track and report key performance metrics—engagement, reach, enquiries, and conversions—providing insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and event partners, managing timelines, briefs, and campaign execution.
- Stay current with trends in food, hospitality, and digital marketing to introduce fresh ideas that strengthen Bianco Latte’s retail and event presence.
About you:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Specialist;
- Expertise in building and executing targeted marketing campaigns for food, dessert, and hospitality brands, with a focus on artisan products and event services.
- Proficient in managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for business, driving engagement, foot traffic, and gelato cart enquiries.
- Skilled at developing content calendars that highlight seasonal gelato flavours, product launches, store updates, and event offerings.
- Competent in using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other reporting tools to monitor performance and optimise marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, capable of coordinating across retail teams, event partners, and creative contributors.
- A keen eye for design and a robust understanding of food, desserts, and hospitality culture, ensuring content consistently appeals to Bianco Latte’s audience.

Pay: $76,500 – $85,000 per year
