What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Property, Finance, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Commercial Valuer within the property sector
* Strong proficiency in valuation techniques, tools, and market analysis
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Professional certifications or membership with relevant bodies (preferred)
