What you'll be doing:
* Managing a well-maintained commercial property portfolio
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Coordinating lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and variations
* Conducting routine inspections and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
* Managing maintenance requests and overseeing contractor works
* Assisting with arrears management and financial reporting
What you'll need:
* Experience in Commercial Property Management/vast Residential Property Management experience
* Current Property Management registration
* Strong understanding of commercial leases and legislation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
