Your Role as Recruitment Manager
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of consultants across varying levels of experience.
* Drive growth across the Engineering & Construction division with a clear focus on business development and client relationship management.
* Manage and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence.
* Foster a collaborative, high-energy culture where success is recognised and celebrated.
* Contribute strategically to the long-term growth and direction of Stellar's Brisbane office.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally with exposure to Engineering or Construction sectors.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire recruitment teams.
* A strong background in business development and client relationship management.
* Commercially minded, proactive, and motivated to deliver results.
