Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Park Lead to oversee daily operations at our Waste & Resource Recovery Park.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, driving improvement initiatives and managing multiple types of heavy plant and machinery.
About the Role:
* Lead and motivate operational teams in a dynamic environment
* Oversee the operation and maintenance of heavy plant and machinery
* Manage civil works, landfill operations, and earthmoving activities
* Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and compliance with WHS standards and environmental regulations
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate operational team members to ensure efficient park operations
* Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
* Implement and enforce WHS policies and procedures to minimize risks and hazards
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, environmental science)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry
* Proven track record of leading teams and driving improvement initiatives
* Strong knowledge of WHS standards and environmental regulations
