Job Opportunity
Cater Care Australia is seeking two experienced individuals to fill the role of Mine Site Cleaner. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a talented team.
Roster and Shift
The successful applicants will be required to work a 7-day on, 7-day off roster from Tuesday to Monday. The shift hours will be 8am to 7:30pm (11.5 hours) with dido travel to and from the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise staff and ensure service standards are met
* Address shortfalls in service and delivery in consultation with the site manager
* Mine site cleaning including offices, crib huts, and bathhouses
* Common area cleaning including emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
* Assist the broader team as required
Requirements
* Experience working as a cleaner for at least 12 months
* A commitment to genuine customer service
* A motivated and enthusiastic attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
* Pride in personal appearance and hygiene
