About the Job
We're seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in document management on large-scale projects. Your attention to detail and expertise in handling technical documents, contracts, drawings, and correspondence will be invaluable in ensuring seamless documentation flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Document Management: Oversee centralized physical and digital systems, ensuring proper distribution, metadata application, and version control.
* Document Coordination: Manage workflows, approvals, and communication to meet timelines and ensure seamless documentation flow.
* Compliance & Quality Control: Enforce standards, maintain audit trails, and ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact for document queries and resolve issues or discrepancies.
* Archiving & Reporting: Manage data retention, handover processes, and provide regular status reports.
* Technology Management: Utilize and troubleshoot document control tools like Aconex, Asite, or SharePoint.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A degree or diploma in business administration, civil engineering, or construction management, or equivalent.
* Above 4 years of experience in document control or records management, ideally within infrastructure, construction, or engineering.
* Proficiency with document management tools like Aconex, Asite, or SharePoint, along with the MS Office Suite.
* A strong grasp of document control systems, standards, and best practices.
* Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently to balance multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills, enabling collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
