Overview:
As the Receptionist / Clerical Assistant / Data Entry Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential administrative support to our strata management team. This varied role suits someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and greeting clients in a professional manner
* Managing email correspondence and distributing messages
* General clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and mail handling
* Accurate data entry and updating records in our strata software systems
* Assisting strata managers with administrative support as needed
* Maintaining a tidy and organised office environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in reception, administration, or data entry (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Full systems training provided
