We are currently seeking experienced All-Round Operators and Digger Operators for a permanent opportunity within a leading coal mining operation in Queensland.
This role offers an excellent lifestyle roster on a 7/7 rotation, competitive pay rates, and long-term job security. Successful candidates will be working within a high-performing production team in a well-established mining environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate a range of production mining equipment including diggers and ancillary mobile plant
* Support load and haul operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently
* Conduct pre-start inspections, hazard identification, and routine equipment checks
* Follow all site safety systems, procedures, and operational requirements
* Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew to maintain safe and productive operations
Experience & Requirements
* Minimum 2 years production mining experience required
* Experience operating excavators/diggers or multi-skilled mobile plant
* Valid Standard 11 (S11)
* Valid Coal Board Medical
* Training transcripts required
* Clean NPC (within 6 months)
* Strong safety focus and ability to work in a team environment
* Must be available for rostered FIFO/DIDO work
Additional Requirements
* Ability to pass full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Current driver's license
* Strong communication and adherence to site procedures
