This design focused studio is recognised for delivering large scale multi-residential and commercial projects across Melbourne and Adelaide. They are looking for an Associate/Senior Level Architect to join their Adelaide team to lead big picture thinking. This role is well suited for a well rounded architect who can move comfortably across all phases of a project, and maintain a strong sense of design ownership.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive concept development and design testing across a variety of project types
* Lead and contribute to master planning and complex multi-sector projects
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes
* Oversee projects from early design through to delivery phases
* Support and mentor junior team members within the studio
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in a senior or associate-level architectural role
* Strong design capability with the ability to think strategically for the project
* Exposure to sectors such as multi-residential, civic, education or mixed-use
* Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
* Clear communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach
