About the Role
We're looking for an Assistant Property Services Manager to support a portfolio of homes across Melbourne's north and north‐eastern suburbs. This is a varied, mobile role where you'll work across multiple sites to ensure our homes are safe, compliant and well maintained.
Reporting to the Property Services Manager, you'll play a key role in driving maintenance performance and property presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor preventative and reactive maintenance works
* Ensure maintenance records, compliance and reporting are accurate and up to date
* Conduct site audits and inspections to maintain presentation and safety standards
* Work closely with Residential Aged Care Managers and Maintenance Officers
* Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality outcomes
* Support long‐term asset planning and continuous improvement initiatives
* Participate in an on‐call roster for urgent maintenance support
About You
Experience in facilities, property or maintenance coordination.
Trade background or relevant technical knowledge (preferred).
Experience in a regulated or compliance‐driven environment (e.g. aged care, healthcare, facilities).
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solutions‐focused approach.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and foster positive working relationships.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites.
