**In this role you will**:
- Lead a team of NBC Analysts focused on designing, configuring, and optimizing NBCs within Pega CDH.
- Concentrate on specific portfolios such as Credit Cards and Home Lending.
- Conduct descriptive analytics to refine NBC strategies.
- Provide insights on portfolio optimisation for Marketing and Business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other delivery team leads to manage workloads effectively.
- Ensure efficient deployment of NBC strategies, covering new offers, propositions, and capability building.
**To be successful in this postion you will have**:
- Hands on and expertise building actions on Pega CDH
- Robust knowledge of credit card data
- Strong analytics capability
