In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the daily operations of the Front Desk, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced luxury environment.Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will oversee Front Desk operations during your shift, ensuring seamless service delivery, strong team performance, and adherence to Crown's brand standards.**Key responsibilities*** Supervise daily Front Desk operations including check-in, check-out and guest services* Lead, coach and support a team to deliver exceptional service standards* Act as the key escalation point for guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally* Monitor room availability, allocations, and ensure efficient operational flow* Drive guest satisfaction through personalised service and attention to detail* Support labour planning, rostering efficiency, and operational productivity**About you**You are an experienced hotel professional who thrives in a guest-focused environment and enjoys leading from the front.* Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team* Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution capabilities* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills* Experience with Opera or similar property management systems (advantageous)* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing prioritiesOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
