About the Role
We're looking for passionate, confident, and energetic Casual Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. If you love fashion, enjoy helping customers feel amazing, and want to be part of a vibrant team, this is the role for you!
What You'll Do
* Deliver an exceptional in-store experience that leaves customers feeling amazing
* Support our Best at Bras approach with confident and knowledgeable service
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and store procedures
* Keep the store energized, attractive, and welcoming
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Work collaboratively with the team and always put the customer first
What We're Looking For
* Passion for retail and the Victoria's Secret brand
* Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude
* Comfortable working in a busy, quick-paced environment
* Previous retail experience and ability to meet sales goals is a plus
