As we expand across Australia and New Zealand, we're seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to lead our mid-market and enterprise fleet sales teams.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a strategic, people-first sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving commercial growth.
In this role, you'll lead Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) selling into Australia and New Zealand - coaching, inspiring, and guiding them to exceed sales targets, improve deal quality, and expand FleetCard's presence in the corporate fleet market (typically 50 + vehicles).
You'll define and execute sales strategies, oversee commercial governance, and lead tenders for major corporate and government opportunities. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, you'll drive alignment across FleetCard's go-to-market activities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Success is measured through your team's performance, forecast accuracy, and contribution to FleetCard's growth objectives.
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales leadership experience in payments, fleet, fuel, or mobility sectors.
* Strong expertise in enterprise negotiation and commercial contract management.
* Ability to lead both transactional mid-market and strategic enterprise sales teams.
* Deep commercial and financial acumen, including pipeline forecasting and ROI modelling.
* Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing tenders and government procurement processes.
* A collaborative, coaching-oriented leadership style that drives results through people.

* Team attainment of volume, revenue, and margin targets across mid-market and enterprise segments.
