RoleApplus are currently recruiting for Darwin based NDT Technicians and In-Service Inspectors to cover multiple client requirements locally out of our office in Darwin. These will be full time residential roles with plenty of opportunity for overtime.Qualification in the following methods of NDT will be required to meet the demands of the work currently being fulfilled:
Principal DutiesConduct Non-Destructive Testing and InspectionLiaise with clients in regard to the inspection and where required reporting, ensuring a courteous manner is maintained at all timesSupervise Assistants, Trainees whilst on the job ensuring that they conduct themselves appropriately and maintain adherence to the scope of work.Ensure that equipment is maintained in a serviceable condition at all times and where required is calibrated.Compile written reports in a timely manner

Applicants will require a minimum of three years fully qualified NDT experience.
Applicants will need to be based locally in Darwin or willing to relocate on a long-term basis. Site hours will apply with plenty of opportunity for overtime and occasional work away on shutdowns etc. where desired. Applus offer excellent opportunities for further career growth and support training for additional qualifications and certification.
Based on the Applus+ EBA the salary expectation for this role would be 110-160PA dependant on qualifications/disciplines qualified in.
