Role Overview
This role involves providing person-centered nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, supervising less experienced clinicians, and advocating for individualized person-centered care. A commitment to quality improvement is also expected.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality nursing care in collaboration with individual patients and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
* Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to achieve people-focused quality care
* Apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualized person-centered care with a commitment to quality improvement
* Prioritize and organize workload, delivering care with integrity and accountability
