Job Description
Manage and oversee a small team
Oversee and manage all financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational objectives.
Manage the finance team and ensure efficient day-to-day operationsli>
Provide accurate financial advice and insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Drive process improvements and implement financial controls.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to support business growth and success.
The Successful Applicant
A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or CA qualification.
Strong experience within the property industry or a related field.
Exceptional financial reporting and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
Proven knowledge of tax, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
