Located on West Coast Drive in North Beach, Salt and Oak offers a dining experience that celebrates the best of land and ocean. We offer a casual coastal breakfast menu and delicious coffee during the day, then by night our menu blends fresh, contemporary plates with refined classics, designed to be enjoyed with friends, family and a glass of something exceptional.
We're open 7 days a week - Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm, then open up our dinner service from Thursday through Sunday, opening 6am until late.
We're seeking a Café & Restaurant Manager who can build a strong, efficient team, ensuring customer satisfaction is met while managing wage costs. You'll be hands on, full of energy and the type of person who knows your regulars and loves seeing them come back time and again. You'll have solid experience managing a busy café and be confident transitioning into a more refined offering at night. You'll be able to juggle a roster with ease and build an efficient and energised team who love coming to work.
This role is the best of all worlds - you'll be in charge day-to-day, but have plenty of strategic support from a wider team of professionals to guide you along the way.
An unrestricted approved managers card is a requirement of this position.
