About the Role
Lumus Imaging is seeking an experienced Senior Radiographer with CT experience to join our team at Lingard Private Hospital. This role is ideal for a radiographer looking to step into a senior position that includes day‐to‐day leadership and people management, while remaining hands‐on clinically.
This role involves providing high quality patient care and clinical expertise, mentoring junior staff, and supporting smooth daily operations and maximising workflow within the centre.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
* Perform diagnostic imaging examinations including:
o General X-ray
o CT
* Ensure imaging is performed in accordance with:
o MRPBA Professional Capabilities
o RANZCR referral and practice guidelines
o ARPANSA radiation safety and protection standards
o Medicare (MBS) requirements
* Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation
* Identify and elevate critical or unexpected findings promptly
Senior & People Leadership Responsibilities
* Provide day‐to‐day leadership and guidance to a small team
* Delegate workloads effectively to support efficient daily operations
* Mentor and support junior radiographers, including skill development and knowledge sharing
* Assist with stock management and equipment oversight relevant to daily clinical operations
* Promote a positive, collaborative, and patient focused team culture
* Act as a senior point of contact within the centre, supporting high clinical and service standards for patients and referrers
Essential Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated CT and General X-ray experience
* Previous experience in a senior or lead radiographer role, including people leadership or delegation responsibilities
* Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) or equivalent
* Current AHPRA registration (MRPBA)
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* Strong knowledge of radiation safety and imaging protocols
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team
