About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you will support the team in delivering high‐quality care and education for children. You will assist across different rooms as required, helping to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the delivery of engaging play‐based learning experiences
* Assisting with the supervision and care of children
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting room routines and daily activities
* Ensuring compliance with centre policies and the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Qualifications
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
* Current QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain
* Passion for working with children and supporting their development
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Flexibility and reliability to support the centre when required
