PNCR are looking for a full time admin / service advisor at our busy Landsdale workshop.

What You'll Do
* Deliver friendly, expert support to customers by phone, email, text or in person.
* Answer enquiries, manage service bookings and assist the manager with processing of insurance and warranty quotes
* Prepare accurate sales paperwork and ensure seamless bookings.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communicator who listens and explains clearly.
* A quick learner with an interest in RVs (we'll teach you the rest!).
* Highly organised and great with admin – you juggle tasks with ease.
* Confident with computers and new systems.
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar busy admin role
* Team player, reliable, positive and always ready to help.
* Minimum 2 years MYOB, Xero or Quickbooks admin experience required (but this is not an accounting role)
