We are seeking expressions of interest for a Facility Manager to lead a mixed Portfolio, employed on a full‐time basis.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the delivery of Facilities Management Services within the contract scope.
* Ensure Work Health and Safety procedures are followed as per contract requirements.
* Oversee allocated financial budgets.
* Develop and maintain close working relationship with client representative and ISS.
* Oversee ongoing development and direction management of reporting ISS staff members.
* Monitor the application of asset management plans for the facility.
* Introduce and execute initiatives and encourage a continuous improvement philosophy across the sites, driving client/customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Hold tertiary education or trade qualification in Facility Management or Business; a related recognised facilities management professional qualification would be an advantage.
* Demonstrable experience and evidence of team management and leadership skills.
* A good working knowledge of operations and maintenance environment.
* Risk recognition and building management experience highly desired.
* Good working knowledge of fundamental IT systems including Excel, Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office tools.
* Possess a can‐do attitude and willingness to get hands‐on to ensure service delivery is achieved where required.
