Clough is delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Project, a landmark development that will transform marine maintenance capabilities in the Northern Territory. The scope of the project includes the design and construction of a state‐of‐the‐art ship lift and associated marine infrastructure at East Arm. Once complete, the facility will support the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of vessels, strengthening Darwin's position as a key maritime hub.

Who you are

A highly organised and proactive Project Administrator who thrives in a fast‐paced site environment. You have a strong eye for detail, enjoy supporting teams across multiple functions, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly through efficient coordination and administration.

Your role will include

* Coordinating rosters and managing travel arrangements via the site travel team
* Providing administrative support across departments, including covering for other administrators as required
* Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems, including electronic document control
* Collating and distributing weekly timesheets for payroll processing
* Supporting project teams with data gathering, reporting, meeting minutes, and general coordination
* Assisting with system maintenance and ensuring site data is accurate and up to date
* Supporting senior management and responding to general queries across the project
* Ensuring high accuracy in documentation through proofreading and quality checks
* Contributing to continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems

Qualifications

* At least 3 years experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a project or site‐based environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
* High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Self‐motivated, methodical, and proactive approach to completing tasks
* Confidence representing the business when interacting with contractors, suppliers, and clients
