Warehouse Store Person
This role involves undertaking all warehouse operational tasks, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and contributing to achieving all warehouse KPI targets.
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
* Contribute to meeting warehouse KPI targets through efficient task execution.
* Support all areas of the warehouse in achieving operational goals.
Main responsibilities include sorting and putting away incoming goods, picking and packing outgoing goods, performing inventory control tasks, and reporting inefficiencies or productivity improvements.
The ideal candidate will have high safety standards, a customer-focused mentality, attention to detail, pride in their work, and adaptability. They must also be willing to learn and develop, able to understand and follow instructions, and possess basic computer skills.
Additional requirements include being a team player who can think and work autonomously, having flexibility in their schedule to accommodate various shifts including weekends as needed, and possessing punctuality and a professional attitude.
