Roll'd Australia Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join their team in Orion, Springfield, QLD.
Responsibilities
* Organise and control the operations of the stores.
* Determine product mix, stock levels and service standards.
* Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies and set prices.
* Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services.
* Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
* Undertake budgeting for the establishment.
* Control selection, training and supervision of staff.
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Criteria
* AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
* Retail management experience required – at least one year.
Compensation
Salary: $76,515 to $90,000
