Seafolly is seeking an experienced and creative Textile and Graphics Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role will play a key part in developing original, commercially relevant textile prints and graphics, contributing to the brand vision through a strong Textile and Graphic Design lens. You will bring innovation, creativity, and a refined aesthetic to each collection, ensuring alignment with the Seafolly brand identity.
Based in our Alexandria, NSW head office, this position operates within a hybrid work model, with a requirement of four days in the office and one day working from home.

You will:
Create original in-house textile designs, including repeat yardages, placement artwork, graphics, and branding concepts
Manage end-to-end design development from concept through to production, ensuring accuracy and quality
Maintain design trackers and coordinate with overseas factories, reviewing samples and providing clear feedback
Attend fittings and assess placement artwork, identifying and resolving design or production issues
Conduct trend research across runway, market, and competitors, aligning designs with brand vision and direction
Develop and produce range books, including layout design, image selection, and retouching where needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, patternmaking, and production teams to ensure efficient workflows and outcomes
Deliver accurate, commercially viable designs on time while maintaining strong attention to detail, communication, and time management
You have:
3+ years' experience in textile design with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Excel
Solid understanding of women's swimwear, beachwear, and accessories
Ability to conduct hands‐on design research and analyse current market and consumer trends
Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and participate in team discussions
Demonstrate professionalism, brand advocacy, and a commitment to continuous improvement and development
