About the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands‐on customer service and sales role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction. Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time.
Duties
* Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email
* Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided)
* Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great
* Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly
Skills & Experience
You don't need electrical experience — just the right attitude and a passion for helping people
* Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer‐facing role
* A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
* Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office
* Positive, energetic, and team‐oriented
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
