Workshop Manager – Service Department
Kalamunda Toyota is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our Service Department.
This is a full-time permanent leadership role managing a team of approximately 15 technicians, supported by an Apprentice Mentor and Technical Advisor.

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
* Occasional Saturday work as required to support operational needs
* Full-time permanent position
How You'll Make an Impact
* Leading the daily operations of a busy automotive workshop
* Scheduling and allocating work to maximise productivity and efficiency
* Supporting, mentoring, and developing workshop staff to achieve their full potential
* Acting as the key liaison between the workshop, Service Advisors, and Pre-Delivery team
* Managing workshop safety, cleanliness, equipment servicing, and compliance requirements
* Conducting toolbox meetings and supporting team development
* Maintaining Toyota For Life (TFL) standards and service excellence initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Previous Workshop Manager, Foreman, or Team Leader experience within the automotive industry
* Light Vehicle Automotive Trade Certificate
* Current WA Manual Driver's Licence
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
* Toyota dealership experience highly regarded
