Due to the retirement of one of our amazing team members, we have a rare vacancy for a Call Centre Operator to join our team based out of our Canning Vale Branch in Perth.

About the Role
Every day is different, but you'll be:
* Taking inbound calls from insurers, customers, and our own restoration crews.
* Triaging, recording, and updating claims across multiple systems and portals.
* Managing a mix of inbound, outbound, and email‐based queries.
* Juggling high volumes while keeping a cool head and a warm tone.
* Hitting KPIs while making a genuine difference to people in need.
Skills & Experience
We're after attitude as much as experience. If you've got some (or all) of the below, we'd love to hear from you:
* Top‐notch customer service and a friendly, professional phone manner.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Accurate and efficient data entry.
* Attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure.
* Empathy – you'll often speak with people in stressful situations.
* Reception or call centre experience is handy but certainly not essential.
* Solid computer skills (MS Office, Outlook emails, databases, portals).
Fresh out of study or light on experience? That's okay. With the right mindset, you'll learn from our highly skilled team.
