About the Role
* Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
* Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice.
* Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
* Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
* Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
* Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top‐notch service.
* Supporting in different departments across the store.
Who We Are Looking For
* A positive, can‐do attitude with a passion for our products.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced retail setting.
* Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.
* Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training.
