About the Role
* Partner with the Executive Director and Executive Leadership Team to deliver financial, governance, technology, and infrastructure strategies aligned with the organization's mission.
* Lead and mentor teams across Finance, Governance, IT, and Capital Works to deliver collaborative, high-performing outcomes.
* Support the Executive Director in meeting their financial reporting obligations to governance bodies, ensuring transparent, responsible, and sustainable management of resources.
* Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting, maintaining integrity and accountability in all operations.
* Direct the development and delivery of capital works and facilities plans that create contemporary, safe, and inspiring learning environments.
* Champion digital transformation through a robust, secure, and future-focused IT strategy.
Requirements
* CA or CPA professional accreditation.
* At least 7-10 years' senior finance or executive leadership experience across complex organizations.
* Demonstrated expertise in financial management, governance, technology, and resource stewardship.
* Proven ability to mentor teams, build trusted relationships, and lead with integrity.
* Current Working with Children Check, National Criminal History Check, and Driver's License.
