The Ericsson Service Orchestration and Assurance (ESOA) platform underpins Telstra's mobile service activation and assurance, supporting the C06 stream and enabling key capabilities such as product slicing and digitalisation. It plays a critical role in orchestrating service orders and ensuring operational reliability at scale. With Release 1 successfully launched and subsequent releases underway, the platform continues to evolve while supporting wireless network expansion and plays a key role in enabling Telstra's Network-as-a-Product (NaaP) and Telstra Autonomous Network (TAN) ambitions by evolving orchestration capabilities toward intent‐based, API‐driven service delivery.
