About the role:
We're seeking a dynamic Customer Supply Chain & Logistics Manager. In this role you will lead end-to-end customer supply execution, ensuring product availability, service excellence, and cost-effective delivery across our network to deliver best in class outcomes for both customers and the business.
This role will be based on site at our Orchard Hills manufacturing site.
What you'll be responsible for:
* Lead customer supply execution to ensure accurate, timely product availability and delivery
* Oversee Customer Service operations including order management and escalation handling
* Lead and develop a high performing Customer Service & Logistics team
* Manage key customer relationships and act as the primary supply chain contact
* Drive DIFOT performance, service recovery, and proactive issue resolution
* Monitor freight performance, logistics costs, and budget alignment
* Optimise transport, warehouse flows, and end-to-end logistics efficiency
* Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Sales, Finance, and DC operations
* Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes, systems, and service outcomes
* Ensure compliance with safety, CoR, customs, and trade regulations
What you'll bring to the role:
* 5+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer-facing operations
* Strong background in transport, warehousing, and distribution networks
* Proven leadership and team development capability
* Experience with ERP/TMS/WMS systems and strong data/Excel skills
* Commercial acumen with ability to analyse costs, performance, and KPIs
* Strong stakeholder management and customer collaboration skills
* Continuous improvement mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field (preferrable)
