The Lane Group is a well-established, multi-franchise dealership proudly serving Mandurah and its surroundings. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will manage one of our Parts counters while providing vital support to both the Service and Sales Departments. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate, efficient and timely supply of parts to our technicians and valued customers. Key responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and over-the-counter enquiries Accurately identify and supply automotive parts using electronic catalogues and DMS Prepare, process and manage quotes, orders, invoices and warranty claims Source, order and receive parts, ensuring timely delivery to the workshop and retail clients Maintain accurate stock levels through effective inventory control and stock management Liaise with the Service Department to ensure technicians have the correct parts on time Maintain clean, organised parts displays and a tidy workspace Support showroom merchandising and promotional displays Assist with stocktakes and compliance with manufacturer requirements Provide technical advice on parts and accessories when required What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter role (preferably within a dealership or trade environment) Knowledge of automotive systems and genuine vs aftermarket parts Strong customer service focus and ability to build rapport with technicians and trade clients High level of computer literacy, with confidence using DMS systems, electronic catalogues and Microsoft Office Experience with Titan DMS or similar systems highly regarded Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail What We Offer: Competitive salary package performance based incentives Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development opportunities Stable, long-term employment in a respected dealership group No late-night trading Staff discounts, industry perks and loyalty programs If you’re an experienced Parts Interpreter looking to join a professional and friendly team, click APPLY now and submit your resume along with a brief cover letter introducing yourself and outlining why you’re the ideal fit for this role.
