As a Territory Manager - Biopsy & Urology Critical Care, you will take ownership of the South Australia & Northern Territory region, working across hospitals to drive adoption of BD's biopsy and critical care solutions.
Responsibilities
* Drive adoption of BD's Biopsy and Urology Critical Care portfolio across South Australia hospitals
* Build strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, nurses, medical imaging departments and procurement teams
* Deliver clinical product presentations, demonstrations and in‐service education
* Identify new business opportunities and convert them into outcomes
* Execute territory and account plans aligned to sales targets
* Support tender and contract opportunities where required
* Track competitor activity and provide market insights to internal teams
* Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reporting
* Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to maximise territory performance
Qualifications
* Proven success in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales
* Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving targets
* Confidence engaging clinicians and hospital stakeholders
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team
* Willingness to travel across South Australia
* Tertiary qualification in Science, Medical, Pharmacy or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
* Medical device experience is advantageous, but not essential as development and support will be provided
