Portables Yard Maintenance Technician
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Portables Yard Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our portable buildings and toilet blocks. They will clean, repair, and secure furniture and accessories in preparation for transport, undertake general housekeeping duties, and assist with refurbishments and upgrades as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain portable buildings and toilet blocks using supplied equipment and materials.
* Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks on portable buildings, including toilet blocks; seal flooring, replace trim, paint and patch walls, basic plumbing, replace doors & locks, etc.
* Pack furniture and accessories securely in portable buildings for transport, such as tables, chairs, desks, fridges, microwaves, etc.
* Undertake daily housekeeping duties to ensure a safe, clean, and well-organised work environment.
* Support qualified trades personnel with portable building refurbishments and upgrades where necessary.
