Client Manager, Workers' Compensation
* Support the execution of our national Workers' Compensation strategy.
* Position suited for a workers' compensation expert with a growth mindset.
* Full‐time permanent opportunity with flexible work arrangements – hybrid role with virtual work and Queensland office.
What the day will look like
* Account management and service delivery on key accounts across QLD and nationally.
* Lead and develop strategies for growth and retention of larger accounts, including co‐chairing strategic forums.
* Assist clients in reducing frequency and severity of claims through targeted risk improvement initiatives.
* Articulate insights and potential solutions drawn from our data and analytics tools and templates.
* Manage interface with Client Service Support, Claims, and our Global & Corporate and National Broking teams.
* Maintain relationships with Insurers, Regulators, and internal Brokers.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with strong technical understanding of national Workers' Compensation.
* Demonstrated leadership capability and interest in mentoring colleagues.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with proven success in leading growth strategies.
* Strong network in the Workers' Compensation insurance market.
* Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to work autonomously on projects and within a team setting.
* Strong ability to engage stakeholders at varying levels.
* Experience analysing and interpreting workers' compensation data to articulate insights and solutions is highly regarded.
