Night Shift | Monday to Friday (8pm to 4am)
$night shift loading $ daily supervisor allowance
What You'll Be Doing
* Running the night shift distribution team (staff leading hands)
* Making sure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time
* Overseeing the chiller/freezer and cool room operations
* Managing forklift and pallet jack operators
* Keeping the area clean, safe, and running smoothly
* Jumping in and helping out when needed
What We're Looking For
* Experience supervising in a warehouse, logistics or food production environment
* Someone who can lead from the front and handle a fast‐paced shift
* Confident making decisions on the go
* Good understanding of safety (WHS) and quality (HACCP)
* Current Forklift Licence
* Reliable, organised, and can manage a team under pressure
Must Have
* Senior First Aid Certificate
* Strong leadership skills (conflict resolution, problem solving)
* Good communication and time management
* Solid work history and reliability
