We are looking for warehouse casuals to assist our warehouse team during our peak sale period.
About the Role
* The shifts will be between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday
* Shifts will vary between 3 - 8 hour shifts
* This is a hands‐on role, so you'll be on your feet and moving throughout your shift
* For exceptional performers, there may be opportunities to stay on beyond the sale period
Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
* Performing in a fast‐paced, high‐volume warehouse environment
* Dispatching all orders using our systems to fulfill & ship orders
* Picking items for customers using our trolley system
* Dispatching orders using our systems to ensure they're ready to ship
* Navigating a large warehouse using a handheld device
* Performing quality control checks (QC) to maintain accuracy and high standards
* Processing returns when required
* Stock handling, and replenishment
* Keeping up with repetitive tasks while staying focused and efficient
Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
* A proactive mindset with the ability to think on your feet
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork
* Computer literacy and confidence using handheld devices
* A positive, can‐do attitude and willingness to learn
* Interest in online fashion and the e‐commerce industry
