We're working with a leading insolvency and restructuring specialist in Sydney that is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator. Role
As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency appointments. Working closely with experienced Partners and Managers, you'll be involved in a variety of cases including voluntary administrations, liquidations, and receiverships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of corporate insolvency appointments from start to finish.
* Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and statutory documents.
* Liaise with directors, creditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
* Attend meetings and conduct investigations into company affairs where required.
* Provide support and mentorship to junior staff members.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate insolvency.
* Strong understanding of insolvency processes and regulations.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
* CPI or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
