**How will I help?**
As a Consumer Finance Operations team member, you play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building effective relationships with business partners across other teams in Group Operations and the wider Westpac Group.
You will work to ensure you remain focused on the delivery of quality output, following Westpac protocol, policies and procedures when completing functional activities.

**What do I need?**
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders internal and external.
- Experience within a high-volume, fast paced environment.
- Resilient and ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience managing complaints with empathy and understanding.
- Intermediate MS office skills (Excel, Word)
- Strong time management skills.
