About the Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and commercially driven National Product Manager to take the lead on developing and growing key product categories across our expanding portfolio.
You’ll be responsible for shaping Brand and Category strategies, spotting emerging trends, sourcing innovative products, and building strategic partnerships with suppliers. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver market-leading, best-in-class product ranges that reflect Pacific Optics’ commitment to quality, innovation, and brand consistency.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive Brand and Category strategies for your assigned product lines
- Identify and source new and cutting-edge products to drive category growth and market share
- Negotiate costs and manage the end-to-end supply chain in collaboration with internal teams
- Champion our Go-To-Market Strategy, working alongside Sales, Marketing, and Design
- Take full ownership and accountability for your product categories and performance outcomes
Who You Are
- Strong technical understanding of audio and consumer electronics with a commercial mindset (ideal but not a requirement)
- Proven success in FMCG and consumer product sourcing, ideally across overseas markets
- Deep knowledge of local and international supply chains and inventory management
- Experience developing Strategic Category Plans that deliver measurable results
- Exceptional communicator and negotiator with a track record of achieving “win-win” outcomes
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves taking ideas from concept to shelf
