Role Description
We are seeking an exceptional Business Manager to join our Senior Executive Leadership Team.
This is a significant leadership opportunity for a strategic and values-driven professional to contribute to the ongoing growth, sustainability and future direction of the College.
Working closely with the Principal and College Board, the role provides leadership across finance, governance, operations, facilities, ICT, risk and compliance within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment grounded in the values of Integrity, Respect, Belonging, Joy and Dynamism.

Qualifications
* A sensitive appreciation for the Catholic and Salesian ethos of the College.
* Qualifications and/or experience in a Finance, Management and Administrative environment.
* Membership of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) or CPA Australia would be well regarded.
* Excellent interpersonal and (written and oral) communication skills.
* The ability to lead and manage a variety of teams.
* High level organisational, administrative and management skills.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and statutory requirements.
* Appropriate computer and software application skills.
* The ability to work systematically towards the achievement of strategic objectives.
* It is essential that all candidates have or are able to attain a Working with Children Check and a police check.
