Hourly Rate: $43 to $45 Per Hour (inclusive of the WRP) + Super
Role and responsibilities
* Be the Visionary: Plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do.
* Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
* Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep energy levels high.
* Mentor & Mobilise: Motivate the team by empowering them to lead with confidence and foster a shared commitment to enriching every child's experience.
* Champion Quality: Work with the Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the backing of compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
* The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building integrated OSHC programs.
* The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day operations of the service to ensure things run smoothly.
What you bring to the mix (Qualifications & qualities)
* Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care (or be studying toward). Check with us if your qualification is approved.
* Vibe: Warm, engaging, and a can-do attitude.
* Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
* Master Connector: Ability to engage with children, empower educators, and communicate with school leadership to build trust and connection quickly.
