Completions Coordinator
We are seeking expressions of interest for a Completions Coordinator to support our Woodman Point Project in Henderson. Reporting to the Completions Lead, this site-based role will be accountable for execution and coordination of the day-to-day Completions work‐flow and system management. You will work with the relevant delivery, construction, Q/A, commissioning and operations interface teams to ensure the defined Completions inspections and tests are progressively completed in alignment with the project schedule and asset systemisation.

Responsibilities
Your focus will include:
* Manage and maintain asset, system, and subsystem data within the Completions Management System (CCMS)
* Monitor completions progress and coordinate system and area walk‐downs, ensuring documentation and site readiness requirements are achieved
* Track, review, and proactively drive Inspection and Test Records (ITRs) to ensure timely completion, accuracy and approval through all handover stages
* Maintain the Completions/Engineering ITR Matrix, ensuring alignment between asset types, task models and project requirements
* Coordinate the management, review and close‐out of construction redlines and commissioning blue‐lines prior to system hand‐over
* Take ownership of punch list management, ensuring items are clearly defined, assigned, tracked and closed in accordance with project priorities
* Administer the CCMS and provide training and support to project personnel to ensure effective execution of ITRs and completions processes
* Support the Completions Lead in forecasting, reporting and monitoring system readiness and completions performance
* Prepare and manage Notices of Energisation (NOE) in collaboration with Construction and Commissioning teams
* Generate and maintain CCMS reports and data exports, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and up‐to‐date information
* Coordinate the preparation of Mechanical Completion, RFSU and System Handover documentation and certification
* Ensure all ITRs, punch items, Management of Change (MOC) records, certificates and supporting documentation are complete and approved prior to hand‐over
* Liaise with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Package Engineers to resolve completions constraints and support successful project delivery
* Promote continuous improvement of completions processes, data quality, reporting and hand‐over practices
What you will bring to the team
* Tertiary qualifications in either Engineering, Information Management, Project or Construction management
* Previous experience with Hexagon Completions or similar is highly regarded
* Minimum 5 years' experience working with Completions systems in a site‐based environment, supporting system readiness and hand‐over activities
* Have worked in a complex industrial asset industry – either in construction, delivery or a maintenance coordination/scheduling role
* Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate, influence and collaborate effectively
