Opportunity for a motivated, professional Office Administrator to join our team in delivering excellent service to our customers in WINNELLIE.
We are seeking an organised and experienced person to manage reception, enquiries and admin duties, whilst providing great customer service and support to our team.
Excellent remuneration package available, commensurate with experience.
My Autocare are a trusted, locally owned and operated automotive workshop with an outstanding customer base, having been in business in Winnellie for 25 years. Our team work in a clean, spacious premises which is equipped with the latest technology in diagnostic tools and equipment.
Role and responsibilities
* Primary point of contact for enquiries
* Manage customer bookings and job progress
* Manage invoices, payments and company documents
* Maintain office procedures and accounts payable/receivable
* Admin and operations support to the team
Skills and experience
* Minimum 1-2 years of similar reception/admin experience required
* Effective communication skills and computer literacy
* Be reliable and punctual
* Be customer focused, with a positive attitude towards quality service
* Effective time management, able to plan and prioritise workload
* High level of accountability and work accuracy
* Sound knowledge of MYOB is a plus
