Salary: $87,813.00 – $116,824.00 plus super and salary packaging.

Responsibilities
* Drive data excellence by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical and patient data submitted to key registries including CIBMTR, ANZTCT, and EBMT.
* Support clinical impact through internal data analysis and report generation to aid decision‐making, patient safety and quality improvement.
* Lead regulatory compliance by managing and preparing data for regulatory reporting and external audits in line with the standards of CIBMTR, JACIE, EBMT, NATA and the ACI NSW BMT Network.
* Collaborate across teams, working closely with physicians, nurses, researchers and administrative staff to capture complete and timely data throughout the patient journey.
* Champion innovation by contributing to protocol development, quality initiatives and data‐driven improvements in bone marrow transplant and cellular therapy services.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant qualifications: a bachelor's degree in health information management, biomedical sciences or a related field.
* Proven experience in healthcare or clinical research data management.
Specialist Knowledge
* Solid understanding of transplant and cellular therapy data systems and accreditation requirements (CIBMTR, JACIE).
* Flexibility to adapt to evolving data protocols.
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Experience with health informatics platforms such as MOSAIQ.
* Quick learning of new systems and tools.
Team and Communication
* Self‐starter capable of working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
* Effective at managing deadlines, priorities and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
